Dariusz Lange

You may or may not have heard of me before, i'm a health and fitness enthusiast, whether that be the physical or the mental aspect, I love helping all types of people in all corners of life.

Staying fit and living healthy is my passion, and has been my whole life, i still remember the day i first did a pull up in a park when i was 8 and all the times i'd either play football, basketball, running, cycling and training in various martial arts, i hadn't found what really spoke to me until i started weight training with the first weight set my sister bought me. Since then my dedication towards training has only grown, physical activity has always come naturally to me and ONLINE COACHING is the platform in helping me realise my potential and the potential of my clients, I do this because I love working with people, I love changing their outlooks of themselves and helping introducing some extra passion into their lives.

Throughout my ~8 years on and off weight training i have amassed a lot of knowledge relating to nutrition and training. I have in the past Completed GCSEs in sports and exercise science, Have completed a year in College, Sports and exercise science and am currently studying Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at Cardiff Met University. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and alongside this, i regularly read online journals, articles, books and other resources to further my knowledge.
